Terms of purchase

All bags from Bare Hands Leather are handmade to order. This means that each product is unique and made especially for you.

Delivery time:
As the bags are made to order, the average production time is 2-4 weeks, depending on current workload. You will receive a confirmation email with an approximate delivery time after your order is placed.

Shipping:
We ship the bags with trackable shipping. The shipping cost is visible at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Payment:
Payment is made in advance via the payment options offered at checkout. All prices are in SEK including VAT.

Returns and cancellation rights:
Since each bag is custom-made, the right of withdrawal does not apply under the Distance Contracts Act. However, if there is a defect in the product (e.g. damage during transport or a manufacturing defect), we will of course fix it.
